 Job Title: Senior Urban Designer 

Location- Central London 

Job Overview: 

We are working with a global practice who are leaders in design. The are looking for a Senior Urban Designer to join their vibrant and friendly team. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will be instrumental in leading and overseeing urban design projects from inception to fruition, with a particular focus on contributing to projects in the Middle East. The successful candidate should possess a profound understanding of urban design principles, a proven history of delivering successful projects, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities: 

· Take the lead in managing urban design projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, design standards, and project objectives, especially those associated with the Middle East region. 

· Provide strategic guidance and supervision across all project stages, from conceptualisation through to implementation 

· Innovate and create sustainable urban design solutions that address the unique challenges posed by each project, with a keen consideration of the environmental, social, and economic factors shaping Middle Eastern urban spaces. 

· Collaborate closely with architects, landscape architects, planners, and other professionals, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to project development. 

· Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software (Rhino 3D) and design tools to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. 

Qualifications: 

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field. 

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in urban design with a focus on large-scale projects, preferably in the Middle East. 

· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering urban design projects. 

· Proficient in Rhino 3D 

· Excellent communication and presentation skills - Arabic speaking is an Advantage.
