Are you a qualified architect looking for your next professional challenge? If so, keep reading. 

I’m working with an international architectural practice who have worked on some impactful projects worldwide. They have 3 offices in the UK and are expanding their dynamic team based in Central London! 

They are looking for a qualified architect with strong experience in feasibility and planning stages. As an Architect with excellent design skills with 3-5 years of hands-on experience, you will be instrumental in shaping the initial stages of diverse projects, ensuring their success from conception to execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Feasibility Analysis - Conduct thorough feasibility studies for potential projects, evaluating site constraints, regulatory requirements, and economic viability.


  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making during project initiation.


  • Project Planning - Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, encompassing design concepts, timelines, and resource requirements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with project goals.


  • You will work on a variety of projects across different major sectors on the initial RIBA stages 0-3.


  • Client Collaboration - Engage with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements during the feasibility and planning phases.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.

  • 3-5 years of experience across a variety of sectors

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.



  • Proven experience working on feasibility and planning stages.

  • Must have experience using Revit.
