Project Manager – Cut & Carve Office Refurbishment (London)
The Company
We are working with a London based Main Contractor who specialise in Commercial Office fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from £100,000 - £50m+. The business has created new divisions since its conception which has seen it diversify its project portfolio to include Education, Residential, Aviation and more but it’s core focus remains the commercial office market.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a live scheme in Central London:
70 Week Programme
Demo of the top 2 floors and the core, and then replacing with 3 new floors on top
Fit out to Cat A Spec
Circa £21m
You would be working under a Senior Project Manager/Project Director who will be splitting his time between this project and tenders coming in. Likelihood is that you will eventually take over as complete project lead before this project is PC’d, hence why we are looking at speaking with tried and tested Project Managers to begin with.
Previous experience leading on complex cut & carve schemes in Central London in excess of £10m is essential in order to be considered for this role.
The Salary:
In return our client is willing to offer a salary ranging from £90,000 - £110,000 + Package.
