Senior Landscape Architect
Are you a passionate Landscape Architect looking to take the step up to Senior Landscape Architect?
I’m working with a Landscape based practice based in Central London. They are looking for a Landscape Architect with exceptional concept design skills. You will focus on RIBA stages 0-3 and have the chance to work on diverse projects – colleges, city public realm & residential schemes.
Responsibilities:
Conceptual Design - Develop creative and sustainable landscape designs that align with project goals and client expectations.
Project Management - Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Client Engagement - Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
Compliance - Stay abreast of local planning regulations and ensure that designs adhere to relevant codes and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
5+ years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe suite, Sketchup, Vectorworks and Revit are a bonus
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
CMLI is preferred but not essential.
