Role overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Assistant Part 2 or a Junior Qualified Architect with a keen interest and demonstrable experience in residential design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Revit, coupled with a creative flair and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with project teams in the design and development of residential projects, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

·      Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations using Revit software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.

·      Assist in the preparation of planning applications, construction documents, and technical drawings for residential developments.

·      Engage in site visits, liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met effectively.

Requirements:

·      A degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

·      Prior experience in residential design, demonstrating a strong understanding of housing typologies and regulations.

·      Proficiency in Revit software is essential, along with excellent technical drawing skills.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

·      A passion for sustainable design principles and a proactive approach to learning and development.
