Site Manager – Prime Residential

£75,000 + Package
I’m working with a £16m+ prime residential contractor delivering some of the most impressive private homes in London, and they’re looking for a Site Manager to take the reins on a £7m luxury single dwelling in Wimbledon.
This is a proper start-to-finish build, from groundworks through to handover, with everything bespoke and plenty of one-off elements and high-end finishes along the way. You’ll be the eyes and ears on site, working closely with a visiting Project Manager and Director to keep the build moving and make sure the detail is right.
You’ll join a business that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. The boss has a great sense of humour, genuinely wants his team to enjoy being on site, and there’s none of the overly corporate feel you get with some larger contractors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the day-to-day delivery of a £7m luxury new-build home from groundworks through to completion
- Managing subcontractors, trades and site logistics
- Keeping the programme moving and maintaining high standards of quality and finish
- Coordinating with the visiting Project Manager and Director
- Managing bespoke packages and one-off elements across the build
- Taking ownership of site safety, organisation and day-to-day problem solving

Requirements:
- Strong prime residential experience
- Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects
- Experience working on builds of a similar scale and complexity
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Strong eye for quality, detail and high-end finishes
- Able to take ownership of the site and work closely with senior management
