Senior Site Manager – CAT B Fit-Out

I’m working with a well-established D&B fit-out contractor delivering commercial office projects across London and the surrounding areas.
They’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for a £1m CAT B fit-out project in Maidstone, running for around 12 weeks. You’ll be running the day-to-day, coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track through to a high-standard finish.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the site day to day on a £1m CAT B fit-out
- Coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track
- Ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard and on time
Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong CAT A / CAT B experience
- Experience managing projects around £1m
- Good knowledge of health & safety and site management
