What You’ll Be Doing
Leading commercial workplace projects from pitch through to completion.
Owning the creative narrative, concept, space planning, materiality and detail.
Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure design intent is protected.
Producing and overseeing detailed technical packages in Revit.
Presenting confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Balancing creativity with programme, cost and buildability.
Mentoring junior designers and elevating overall studio output.
What They’re Looking For
This role suits someone who:
Has 6+ years’ experience in commercial office design.
Has worked within a true Design & Build environment (and understands the pace and accountability that comes with it)
Is proficient in Revit.
Can move confidently from concept design to technical delivery.
Is comfortable leading client conversations, not just attending them.
Thinks commercially as well as creatively.
