✅ Prepare Schedules / Scopes of Works - whether Budget Costs or Fixed Price Contract Sums.
✅ Retain and grow relationships with trusted and reliable specialist sub-contractor
✅ Ensuring best price is always achieved.
✅ Management of sites to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
✅ Presenting Scopes & Costs & Project Programmes to end-user clients.
✅ Have an in depth knowledge of the D&B world.
