Project Manager (Dutch Speaking) – Commercial Office Design & Build

I’m working with a global Design & Build fit-out company that’s continuing to expand its fit-out division across Europe, and they need an experienced Dutch-speaking Project Manager to join their Amsterdam team.
You’ll take ownership of multiple commercial office fit-out projects across the Netherlands and the wider EMEA region, from the delivery side of pre-construction through to final handover. You’ll be the key client-facing contact throughout, with dedicated commercial support alongside you, so you can focus on delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple commercial office fit-out projects at the same time
- Taking projects from pre-construction through to final handover
- Acting as a key client-facing contact throughout the project
- Owning programme, quality and overall project delivery
- Supporting the delivery side of pre-construction
- Managing subcontractors and the wider supply chain
- Working closely with dedicated commercial support
- Keeping strong commercial awareness across your projects
- Travelling across EMEA when required, typically 1 to 2 trips every two weeks

Requirements:
- Previous Design & Build / commercial office fit-out experience, comfortable managing multiple live projects
- Fluent in Dutch
- Strong and confident with clients
- Experience in pre-construction from a delivery perspective
- Commercially aware
- Comfortable working independently across multiple projects
- Happy travelling across EMEA as required
