Project Manager – Commercial Design & Build Fit-Out

£65,000–£90,000 + Commission
I’m working with a growing but well-established Design & Build fit-out business looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager.
They’ve seen exponential growth over the past few years and, with a busy pipeline in place, are looking to add to the team. This is a key role taking ownership of projects from the early stages through to construction and handover, working closely with clients, design, pre-construction teams, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing high-end fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and overall project delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout
- Coordinating design, pre-construction and delivery teams
- Managing subcontractors, consultants and the wider supply chain
- Managing project financials, cost reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
- Experience within high-end commercial/industrial fit-out / Design & Build
- Comfortable managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware and confident in front of clients
