Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Commercial Workplace D&B
Bank, London
£45,000–£50,000
I’m working with a leading Design & Build business looking for a confident, creative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their team in Bank.
This is a great fit for a designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, has a real eye for detail and can turn complex information into polished, compelling visual presentations. You’ll play a key role in designing tenders and supporting project work, helping the business showcase its expertise and stand out from the competition.
They want someone who can take ownership, think creatively and deliver to a high standard without needing their hand held at every stage. You’ll be a confident InDesign user, comfortable working independently and keen to keep developing your skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and producing high-quality tender submissions, presentations and supporting project materials
- Using strong visual storytelling to communicate ideas, concepts and project information clearly
- Taking briefs from initial concept through to final artwork, managing your own workload and deadlines
- Working closely with internal teams to develop engaging, consistent materials
- Making sure all work is accurate, polished and in line with brand and quality standards
- Bringing fresh ideas, improving existing materials and contributing to the overall creative direction
- Managing multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail
What’s on offer:
- £45,000–£50,000 salary, permanent
- Real ownership of your work from brief through to final artwork
- A fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas count
- Room to keep developing your skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally at Mid-Weight level
- Very strong Adobe InDesign skills (essential), plus confidence in Illustrator, Photoshop and the wider Creative Suite
- A strong portfolio showing creative thinking, layout, typography and presentation design
- Experience producing tenders, pitch documents or proposals would be a real advantage
- Proactive, with the confidence to own projects from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work independently to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and happy collaborating with different teams
If you want to produce work that makes an impact, this one’s worth a chat.
