Maintenance Manager – Prime Residential

£60,000 + Package
I’m working with a respected high-end residential contractor looking for a Maintenance Manager to look after some seriously impressive London properties once the major refurbishment work is finished.
You’ll step in after handover and take ownership of everything that follows, from snagging and defects through to small works, client changes and the inevitable “while you’re here, can we just change this one thing?” Which, as we all know, is never just one thing.
You’ll be managing multiple high-end properties at once, overseeing a small team of trusted trades and acting as the key point of contact for UHNW clients. This is a front-facing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, being on site and finding solutions rather than hiding behind emails.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple high-end residential properties and ongoing works
- Overseeing snagging, defects and small works packages post-completion
- Managing client changes, requests and the inevitable additional works
- Coordinating a small team of trusted trades and keeping works organised
- Maintaining the quality and standards expected across prime residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and keeping relationships strong long after handover

Requirements:
- Experience within Prime or high-end residential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs
- Confident dealing directly with UHNW clients
- Good understanding of finishing trades and high-end quality expectations
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable being client-facing and spending time on site
