I’m working with a growing international Design & Build business based in Paris, delivering some stunning high-end office fit-out projects for major clients across EMEA.
They’ve built a strong reputation for great design, quality delivery and working with international clients. With the business continuing to expand across Europe, they’re now looking for a Head of Operations to lead the delivery team and help take it to the next level.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to deliver large, complex projects, manage multiple sites and get the best out of their teams. You’ll have real influence over how the business operates and grows across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing the project delivery team across Paris and EMEA
- Overseeing multiple large-scale office fit-out projects simultaneously
- Making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
- Managing Project Managers and Site Managers, providing direction and support
- Working closely with pre-construction, design and commercial teams
- Building strong relationships with international clients
- Helping shape the operational structure as the business continues to grow

Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial office fit-out / Design & Build
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Experience managing delivery teams and multiple live sites
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of project budgets and profitability
- Confident dealing with senior clients and leading teams
- Comfortable working internationally across EMEA
