Furniture Operations Coordinator – Commercial Interiors & Workplace Solutions

London

Up to £50,000

I’m working with a prominent furniture arm within a fast-paced Design & Build business, delivering commercial furniture packages for high-end projects across London.

The project pipeline is growing, and they need a detail-oriented Furniture Operations Coordinator to join the team and keep projects running seamlessly from purchase order through to handover. It’s a great chance to build your operational and project coordination experience within a leading business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Raising and placing supplier purchase orders through internal systems (such as Bonnie) using approved quotations and specifications
  • Checking product codes, quantities, finishes, prices, delivery details and lead times before orders go out
  • Obtaining and verifying supplier acknowledgements, resolving discrepancies and escalating cost or programme impacts
  • Maintaining accurate order trackers and front sheets, chasing confirmations and flagging delays early
  • Coordinating delivery updates with suppliers and project managers and keeping colleagues informed
  • Protecting project margin by checking approved costs and recording variations accurately
  • Compiling O&M manuals and product care instructions and issuing complete handover packs on time
  • Assisting with snagging records, replacement orders and sustainability reporting

What’s on offer:

  • Up to £50,000, permanent, immediate start
  • A role in a collaborative, growth-oriented team
  • High-end commercial furniture projects across London
  • The chance to make an immediate impact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in order processing, purchasing admin, project coordination or operational support
  • Commercial furniture, FF&E or interiors background highly desirable
  • Methodical and organised, with strong numerical accuracy on prices, specifications and purchase orders
  • Confident in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to spin multiple plates

If you want to make your mark in a growing furniture team, this one’s worth a chat.
