I’m working with one of the most exciting and progressive businesses in Commercial Design & Build, looking to appoint a talented Design Director to join their growing team.

It’s a highly creative, client-facing role. You’ll shape the creative direction of the business, leading the design process from initial concept and pitch through to delivery. It suits an established Design Director after a fresh challenge, or an ambitious Senior Designer or Senior Creative Lead ready to take the next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the creative vision and design direction across high-end commercial workplace projects
- Developing innovative design concepts that stand out in a competitive market
- Owning client presentations, pitches and design workshops
- Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted creative adviser
- Mentoring and inspiring designers, helping develop the next generation of creative talent
- Working with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth of the business
- Keeping design quality and creativity at the heart of every project

Requirements:
- Extensive experience designing high-end commercial office interiors (essential)
- Strong Commercial Design & Build background, ideally at Senior Designer, Senior Creative Lead or Design Director level
- An exceptional creative portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality workplace projects
- Genuinely enjoys being client-facing, pitching concepts and presenting design ideas
- Confident communicator with the credibility to build lasting client relationships
- Strong creative leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others
