Bid Coordinator / Senior Bid Coordinator

I’m working with a growing commercial fit-out business that’s after a Bid Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day bid process, following some internal changes within the team.
They’re looking for someone organised and creative who can produce high-quality, visually engaging submissions, not just manage the process but genuinely elevate how their bids look and read. It’d suit an experienced Bid Coordinator ready to step up, or an established Senior Bid Coordinator with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills already under their belt.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day bid process
- Producing high-quality, visually engaging bid submissions
- Managing multiple deadlines across live bids
- Working across the business to pull together strong, well-presented tenders
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager within construction, fit-out or the built environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
- Strong understanding of the bid and tender process
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
