Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus package

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading London-based Specialist Fit Out Contractor’s team delivering exceptional commercial office, hotel and high-end residential fit-outs and refurbishments.

This is a pivotal role working across fast-paced projects up to £30m in value. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Construction market, ideally in Trad Fit Out, and have experience with 2-stage procurement and package management.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on live projects
Assist and deal with Budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting
Assist and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Assist with commercial strategy to ensure successful outcomes
Lead your own 2-stage procurement and package management

Understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
Excellent communicator and confident negotiator
