I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Prime Residential contractor based in Surrey, delivering some of the most exquisite private residential projects in the South.

This isn’t volume housing.

This is proper High End.

Projects include:

🏰 Luxury manor houses

🌳 Private country estates

🏡 High-end new builds & complex refurbishments

💎 UHNWI private clients

📊 Project values up to £15m+

The role:

• Based in the Surrey office with regular site visits across Surrey & West Sussex

• Supporting Senior QSs on large, complex packages

• Exposure to full project lifecycle

• Working within a knowledgeable commercial team - many of whom have been with the business 10+ years. That longevity speaks volumes about the culture and how they treat their staff.

Who this would suit:

• Someone who has studied (or is studying) towards a degree while working for a contractor

• Experience within residential construction (ideally high end, but not essential)

• Ambitious, commercially aware and ready for more responsibility

• Keen to build a long-term career in the Prime Resi space
