Project Administrator – Construction | Berkshire | £30,000 – £35,000
Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience in the construction industry? We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams.
Coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files.
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Booking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior management.
Supporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems.
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Salary - £30,00 - £35,000 + Benefits
