Job Title - Architect (Healthcare experience) 

Job Overview 

I’m partnered with a medium to large scale architectural practice with offices worldwide! They are looking for a skilled Architect with demonstrated experience working on healthcare projects to join the collaborative team in central London. You will be responsible for designing and developing exciting and high-profile healthcare projects. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design process for healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.

• Work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.

• Manage multiple projects, develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Support construction phase activities, respond to requests for information, and conduct site visits.

• Build strong relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 

Proficiency in, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and other relevant design software. 

Previous experience working in the healthcare sector. 

Experince across all RIBA stags. 

Proven project management abilities. 

Experience leading / successfully working in interdisciplinary project teams. 

Strong portfolio showcasing successful healthcare projects. 

Excellent communication skills.
